What would the squid games look like if they were done in the AC zone

“Squid Games” is one of the most popular and fastest growing series on Netflix.

It revolves around the practice of games – old children’s games – by adults.

I won’t reveal more of the plot than that, but if you know, you know.

If Squid Games were to take place in Atlantic City, here are some places that I think would be a great backdrop, and some possible games:

First of all – it’s not in Atlantic City, but that would be like taking all the vans for a red light party, green light in front of Mr. Bill, on route 73! Doesn’t it seem like he would suit the creeps of the Red Light girl, Green Light?

Since this is Atlantic City, a life-size Monopoly game for Squid Games might be appropriate!

Or how about an authentic game of chance in Atlantic City? Win, otherwise!

Of course, Lucy the elephant should be added to the mix! (Can we fire guns from its tusks?)

Maybe a tug of war on the shark tank at the Aquarium?

A trip to play Marbles in Wildwood would be a no-brainer, especially since Wildwood still hosts the National Marbles Tournament!

Wait! I just thought of something: Squid Games revolves around people with money problems playing games of chance … Uh, doesn’t that happen in Atlantic City already?

A colleague of mine from the Jersey Shore told a similar story: If Squid Games were to take place on the Jersey Shore, would you survive? You can check out Nicole Murray’s story here.
